Caring for your Century Tree
Customer satisfaction is a top priority for me. When seedlings are shipped or picked up by customers, they’re all in excellent health. If your tree has any serious issues within the first 30 days of purchase, contact me and I’ll replace your tree for free. (However, I ask that customers pay shipping charges if their replacement tree is shipped by UPS.)
Once your seedling leaves my care, I can’t guarantee its health or quality over an extended period of time. While I can help diagnose problems and make suggestions via email, I will not be replacing trees after the initial 30 day period.
NOTE: I recommend that you plant your Century Tree seedling in the ground within the first five or six months of purchase. I no longer recommend growing trees in their containers for extended periods of time, as too many variables can go wrong and impact the health of your seedling.

Your Century Tree seedling is in the ground - now what? Keep it healthy and thriving with these tips.
If you see problems developing with your tree, contact me by email as soon as possible. Include photos and let me know the problem.
Please don’t wait until your tree has deteriorated further, or even died, before reporting the problem to me. Be proactive and contact me sooner rather than later. I want your tree to be healthy and flourish, but I can only help if the problem is reported promptly.
